Starting Out aims to help 450 homeless people move into permanent accommodation by offering them a much needed furntiure starter pack, provided by one of Cornwall's three reuse centres.  The people who receive the packs will also be encouraged to take part in assisted volunteering in order to support the reuse centres and benefit from training opportunities and employment support.
